Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Prepaid Orders Only
All orders placed on the VoltChef website are prepaid orders. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
